This is a fantastic full-day walk. We start from Staveley, after coffee/breakfast at The Artisan Bakery, and head over into the hidden remote valley of Longsleddale which is stunning. (It is where Greendale, Postman Pat’s hang-out, was based on.)
Towards the head of the valley we then climb back over into Kentmere which is also a really picturesque interesting valley all the way back to Staveley. A picnic lunch is required for sustenance until we arrive back at Staveley where a superb aprez walk bar awaits us.
