Walks

We run a programme of different types of walks each week:

  • Fitness walks (FW), generally 1 ½ hours
  • Wellness walks (WW) approx. 1 ¼ hours
  • Adventure walks (AW) which are usually around 5/6 miles, approx 1 ½ – 2 hours

We also run a programme of longer day walks (DW.) These will typically be 10 – 15 miles of superb Nordic walking in some of the most beautiful areas of our glorious countryside.
