The first step towards correct and competent Nordic Walking is to complete a ‘Learn To Nordic Walk’ Technique Course.
We run our Learn To Nordic Walk Technique sessions at Tatton Park, Knutsford.
The cost of the ‘Learn To Nordic Walk’ Technique course is £49.00, and includes:
- 3 x One and half hour sessions of tuition
- Pole hire, if required
- First Fitness, Wellness or Adventure Walk.
Another option is Personal Training One – One sessions. These sessions are 1 1/2 hours and cover all the basics of learning to Nordic walk. Cost £45 per session.
