We had wonderful success at completing the 2017 Tatton 10k Race For Life a couple of weeks ago. We had a great morning (in spite of me being ever so slightly hungover totally cured by a pre-race strong coffee and a flapjack!) with Margaret storming away to set a very good 4 mile per hour pace for us.
We did, however, get slightly distracted just before the end, as the Knutsford Rock Choir was doing a wonderful performance singing for the competitors and spectators. As Lynn is very involved with the choir we stopped for photos and some singing! Then in true NCNW style we hot tailed it to The Gardeners Cafe for a well deserved brunch. All in all a very worthwhile and enjoyable morning.
