WOW – What a fantastic day for our Gritstone Trail walk. Lovely warm sunshine all day!
We walked 16 miles from Mow Cop to Sutton. The high craggy ridges and the beautiful valleys in this area are as good as anywhere in the world. The views were superb – we could see all of the Cheshire Plain to the West, south over Staffordshire and east to Derbyshire. If you only ever do one long day walk this is the one to do.
