April Walks

What an amazing day out we had for our Delamere and Kelsall MDTW. Absolutely glorious sunshine and warmth that we were not expecting at the beginning of April. We did 9 miles through the forest, Sandstone Trail and the gorgeous ‘Little Switzerland’. There was quite a bit of cake eating activity on this walk too as we had a coffee stop at the Visitor Centre at Delamere and then lunch at The Boot Inn, which if you have never been is well worth a visit.

The Redesmere and Capesthorne walk was fab – this was actually a 7 miler as we decided to do the slightly longer route.

And guess what, yet again there were no hot X buns at the Gardeners Cafe for us to feast on however we had a great walk, and the teacakes were enjoyed by all sat in the courtyard garden.

The April Adventure walks were all blessed with lovely weather – lets hope this continues!
