The benefits of Nordic Walking: A quick reminder

One hour of Nordic walking at three miles an hour for an average female burns 330 calories, increasing to 490 as you develop your technique. One hour of Nordic walking at roughly four miles an hour will burn between 460 and 550 calories depending on technique.
